We are so happy that you are interested in joining our event!
Here’s some event information and a link to the Vendor Waiver and Application.
Fees:
Fee: $45 per space (each space is approximately 10×10)
Electric surcharge: $25 per space (if electric is needed)
The fee and surcharge (if applicable) are non-refundable. Event will take place regardless of weather conditions.
Information:
Spaces are outdoors and have no water hookup. Exhibitor is responsible for providing their own equipment (pop-up tent/shade, tables, chairs, water, etc).
Event hours are 9am to 5pm
Vendor set up: 9am to 10am
Vendor close/shut down: begin about 4pm-4:30pm and completely done at 5pm
Vendors are expected to be at the event the entire time.
Requirements:
All Food Vendors must have a Yavapai County “Special Event Food Vendor License Application” (https://yavapaiaz.gov/chs/special-events)
and “Food Handlers Card(s)” (https://www.azfoodhandlers.com/eFoodMainReg) regardless of non-profit status or food being sold or given away. Food Vendors must have pop-ups/shades that include 3 enclosed sides.
The Yarnell-Peeples Valley Chamber of Commerce must receive a copy of your license (you may scan and email to YPVChamberSecretary@gmail.com or mail to us by April 15, 2023). A copy of your license must be with you on-site at/during the event (inspectors will be present). Any vendor that fails to provide a copy of their license by the due date before the event will not be allowed to participate.
Event:
Yarnell Daze is geared towards family fun. The Yarnell-Peeples Valley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any applicants of a questionable nature. No alcohol, drug related or X-rated items are to be sold, exhibited or freely distributed. Spaces will be assigned on a first come, first paid basis.
